I’m celebrating my slow cooker (and slow cooker season!) with this incredibly easy soup. 😍 My favorite slow cooker recipes are ones where you literally throw in the ingredients, turn it on, and walk away. Controversial opinion: Searing and browning ahead of time defeats the whole purpose of a slow cooker!
