Are your Dr Martens rubbing on the top of your foot? Take them to your local shoe repair shop and get them stretched. If they don't have a proper boot stretch ask nicely and they'll use a standard stretcher on it's side like in the video above. You can also buy a stretcher on Amazon but they often don't have enough grunt to do this trick.
