The treatment for room-spinning vertigo (BPPV) depends on which semicircular canal the misplaced ear crystals (otoconia) are in. An ENT doctor or vestibular physical therapist can diagnose which one. For otoconia in the posterior canal, the treatment is the Epley Maneuver (the video before this one). For the lateral canal, the treatment is the Lempert BBQ Roll (the video after this one).
