Great blue herons might be elegant, wading birds, but they are also savage predators who eat anything they can catch. They love to snack on fish, poke the occasional yoga frog, tangle with a snake or two and this one I have named Elmer Fudd because it’s always hunting. You guessed it, that’s a rabbit.
