My favorite easy apple pastry! We’re in the middle of apple harvest at the ranch so thought I’d share the recipe that is now my go-to for quick baked apple goodness. Be sure to SAVE THIS POST for later, you’re going to want to keep it! APPLE CINNAMON PUFF PASTRY DISCS 2 apples (if only making 6 discs, use 1 apple and freeze the second sheet of puff pastry). 1 box of store bought puff pastry (frozen section) Cinnamon and sugar Egg wash Peel and core each apple and slice
