Heather Bruckman is a neonatal nurse practitioner who helps transport babies from hospitals around Indiana to Riley Children’s Health via chopper or ambulance. She’s part of the IU Health LifeLife team. The neonatal transport team is made up of a nurse practitioner, a pediatric critical care nurse, a respiratory therapist, an EMT and/or a pilot.
