The Indian Army assault dog named Zoom breathed his last on October 13, laying down his life in the line of duty. Zoom suffered two gunshot wounds during Operation Tangpawa in Kashmir on October 9 and was being treated at the Advance Field Veterinary Hospital in Kashmir.
