There’s a new ramen shop at Westfield Century City with a constant line out the door so I had to swoop in and see what all the hype was about. Turns out Ramen Nagi USA has 35 restaurants across Asia and 4 in the U.S. Not only are they serving up some solid tonkotsu ramen but they also have a vegetarian option on the menu which my wife ordered and really enjoyed.
