PIES DON’T LIE ❤️ And here is MY MINCED BEEF PIE RECIPE⬇️ we had loads left over so I thought I would make some hand held pies. Shortcrust pastry on the bottom Puff on the top. Trick is to blind bake shortcrust pastry in a tin 180°C for 20 mins, take out baking beans and pop the pie shells in for another 5 mins and then fill it with COLD pie filling and top with puff pastry egg washed and back in again for 30 mins Ingredients - serves 4 with buttered potatoes as well 1 onion sliced 1 leek sliced
