“I’ll never use math as an artist.” False. 😂 I spent days planning, measuring and drawing the blueprints for this current painting. All these hours spent behind the scenes were necessary to set me up for the proper execution of this piece. Sometimes I throw paint on a blank canvas with no prior planning, and sometimes my pieces are very rigidly planned. I like keeping an even balance of chaos and carefulness in my studio.
