Mississippi Pot Roast Ingredients: - 3 lb chuck roast - 5 cups beef stock - 2 tsp salt - 1 tsp pepper - 6 pepperoncini peppers 1/3 cup pepper juice - 2 tbsp ranch dressing mix - 1 large onion, diced - 1 tbsp olive oil Instructions: 1. Preheat the oven to 325 degrees. 2. In a small bowl, mix the salt and pepper. Generously season the roast and keep the leftover mix to add to the pot. 3. Place a large dutch oven over medium-high heat. Add the olive oil and once heated, place the roast in the pan.
