I wish someone had told me about how easy lemon posset is! It’s just 3 ingredients and takes around 5 minutes active prep time (the thing that will take the longest is hollowing out the lemons!) 😂 🍋 . I saw so many versions of this on SM so I had to give it a try. We’ve got lots of Meyer lemons so I hollowed some out and added the posset mixture to these lemon halves and then bruleed the top! So many recipes say that you need to use double cream to set the posset but thickened cream also works

Do not boil. 3- Once the cream filling is cool, fill orange shells with cream mix. Freeze. 4- Allow to soften for 5 mins before serving. 🍊 Optional: decorate
