Making rye bread has never been this easy! This is the step-by-step 🙌⁣ ⁣ In order to make Rugbrød, or rye bread, it is fundamental to have active rye sourdough. In case you don't have one, fixing it is incredibly easy. ✨⁣ ⁣ By placing some active white sourdough (from any other flour) in a jar and feeding it with wholemeal rye flour, you will be able to have it active and ready to go in no time. ⁣ ⁣ These are the ingredients to make 1.5 kg of rye bread.⁣ ⁣ -480grs Rye whole wheat flour (100%)⁣
