Wheelchair Basketball Championships

Transfers from wheelchair to the floor & from the floor back to the wheelchair are so important as a paraplegic! Being an independent Wheelchair user that lives alone, there are many times where we could fall out of our chairs and no one is there to assist us to get back up. 🤯 I have found a way that I am able to transfer independently in case of an emergency.
