There are early markers of airway obstruction and orofacial dysfunction - one of them being narrowed jaws and crowded baby teeth. When we see narrow jaws, tight and crowded baby teeth it is an indicator to refer to a specialist like an orofacial myologist, and a pediatric dentist specifically trained in airway health.
