Sausage, spinach, and mascarpone ravioli and pumpkin sage cream sauce 😍 I’ve had this recipe in my head for WEEKS and finally tried it and it was AH-MAZING!! The garden gave me so many pumpkins this year and it’s forced me to get creative with how I eat them. This did not disappoint! For the pasta: 2 cups all purpose flour 1 tsp salt 3 large eggs 2 egg yolks 2 tbsp olive oil Make pasta dough (tons of YouTube videos about how to do this!) and run it through a pasta machine to make long sheets. Omg omg omg not only was this Fresh Tomato Sauce w/ Garlic & Fennel & Mascarpone cheese amazing but I had the best sous chef in the world @jonnyinthekitchen (on Instagram) and all my kids home for dinner, pinch me I’m 💭 ❤️ I would have never thought to use Fennel but huge thank you Jose for the suggestion!
