The DB pullover is one of my favorite tools to use with overhead athletes. It’s a great assessment tool to determine range of motion (ROM), improve strength and enhance feel at end range. Most people tend to demonstrate some tissue restriction when going overhead, either with pressing or gymnastics movements like the toes-to-bar (TTB).
