Squats, deadlifts, lunges = all good things BUT as we age incorporating things to support our rotators specifically is HUGE! I've always had a physical practice that really focused on strength, but when I was in pelvic PT, she tested my rotors and they were weak AF! They also weren't firing with the glutes which is a problem. I was surprised and slightly embarrassed to be honest.
