TODAY’S WORKOUT🦵🏼 While I’m dealing with my rotator cuff injury I’m mostly focusing on legs exercises in the gym. Lots of low weight, high reps supersets with short rest periods to improve muscle endurance and joints strength. As an athlete, one of the biggest lessons I’ve learned is RESILIENCE.
