I realized a few years into my Nutrition career that there was no way I was actually making a difference. I was so excited about my path I chose in college but I woke up. Meetings all day long that could have been an email, senseless paperwork, budget restrictions on actually purchasing healthy in season food, guidelines and just the amount of rules of what I could say to patent’s didn’t matter. I was pretty much taking peoples menu meal options daily. I wanted to reach others & inspire them to
