I’ve been using Pomona’s pectin for quite a few years now and absolutely love it! And no, this is not a sponsored post😊 I love it that this pectin is non-GMO! I also love that I can use the sweetener of my choice and as little or as much sweeter as I desire! Raspberries are very sour, so I still need to use quite a bit of sugar.
