Easy Tomato Soup

In February, I sowed the seeds for big beefsteak tomatoes, like these Ananas Noir. Today, they're all getting potted up individually, just as I'm doing here. It's pretty straightforward, but this is what you do: 1. Gently pull blocks of tomato seedlings apart at their roots. Roots recover easily, but stems don't, so avoid damaging them.
