Every place has its own ‘sound’ and THIS iconic paddlesteamer whistle is the sound of the Murray River. Throughout the day, the whistle sounds to warn other vessels to steer clear. And throughout the day, campers along the river bank and people in boats did the universal sign for Skipper to please blow the horn. And every time there would be cheers and joy when he obliged.
