❌ Not sure how to STRUCTURE a shoulder workout? . ❗️We tend to over work the front delts because we do a lot of pressing movements already so our focus should be the side and rear delts. . 👉Ideally doing any lateral raises and rear delt flyes will do the trick. Whether you have dumbbells machines or cables, it can all be done! . ❗️If all you have is DBs and you want to incinerate those delts, stop just doing shoulders presses, incorporate a couple more exercises to get a complete workout. . 👉T
