Crispy Skin Salmon, Spinach and fried Polenta I love salmon and polenta but this time around Bae loves fried polenta so I crusted it with panko and made sure it was crispy. Before laying it on a pool of Basil Crema sauce with chili flakes, you know we like a little heat 🔥. Beautiful salmon with the skin on was seared crispy skin side down and seasoned with a spice blend by yours truly, smoked and spiced to perfection. What can I say?
