手肘屈曲(MMT - Elbow Flexion),根據前臂姿勢，主要動作肌肉會不相同，前臂旋後時為肱二頭肌(Biceps Brachii muscle)；正中姿勢時為肱撓肌(Brachioradialis muscle)；前臂旋前時為肱肌(Brachialis muscle)，施測時須保持前臂的姿勢，避免其他肌肉代償

Elbow dislocation can result from a significant force or trauma applied to the elbow joint, causing the bones that make up the joint to be displaced. In cases where the dislocation is very severe, the ligaments that stabilize the joint end up damaged or we find that there are cases of recurrent dislocations.
