Here’s how we harvest and cure onions to keep them fresh for months! As soon as the tops flop over, it’s time to pull them – they’ve finished growing. After that, we hang them up to dry for a few weeks. Once the leaves are totally dry, we snip off the tops and roots, then store the bulbs in mesh bags in a cool, dry place for long-lasting freshness.
