EASY OVERNIGHT WEETABIX • Banana & Peanut butter Ingredients * 2 weetabix * 90ml milk of choice (I used oat milk) * 150g Greek yogurt * 1 tablespoon smooth peanut butter plus extra for the topping * Banana slices for topping Method 1. Place Weetabix into a bowl/container and pour over the milk to make it soft. 2. Smooth it over for the base. 3. In a separate bowl mix together yogurt and peanut butter and spoon over the base. 5.
