$LATERAL ANKLE SPRAIN with associated fracture of distal lateral malleolus. We are at 10 weeks now and continuing to improve each visit. Helps A LOT when our patient is super COMPLIANT and HIGHLY motivated 😁. Here was our plan: - manual therapy ( joint mobs, lymphatic techniques to deal with swelling and soft tissue mobilization) - ultrasound in the beginning to decrease pain and inflammation and promote healing. - EVERSION STRENGTH ( we are bullet proofing the lateral ankle to prevent re injury$
