4 spooky Halloween exercises to firm your face 👻 Inhale and tense your face, then exhale and open your eyes, hands and mouth to release stress in your face. Repeat 3 times. 🎃 Turn your head to one side and stick your tongue out towards your nose. Hold for 15 seconds and repeat both sides twice to lift and firm your neck and lower face. 🧙‍♀️ Place your fingers under your eyes, make your mouth into an O shape and wrap your lips around your teeth.
