Baby turtles normally do a great job finding the way to the sea on their own in large groups - this is the best way, and they shouldn't be disturbed! However, a few can be left behind, and they do not have any safety in numbers. If you happen to come across one or two, digging these relatively shallow tunnel can help them out.
