Feel like you’re stuck at the wall in your Pincha or handstand? I got you! Here are 3 tips to help you divorce “Paul the wall”, as we lovingly call it in Yogi Flight School! 1: Engage your fingers! Your fingers control the location of your feet above your head, and ultimately control your balance! Finger grip is KEY! 2: Play a game we love to call “the wall is LAVA”!!!
