HT Bazar - Router Stand Setup

Using a variable router jig to pocket for this steel table leg on the back of this cherry table top. I used some setup blocks around the leg equal to the offset from my guide bushing, the 1/2" downcut bit worked perfectly following the variable template, once the majority was cut a corner chisel made for easy squaring of the edges for a perfect fit! Perfect fitting dovetails are made easy with the PantoRouter, now available from @toolstoday. To cut these I used the Amana Tool 45828 1/2" 8° dovetail bit to cut the tails and 46320-K 3/8" upcut bit to cut the pins, both available on our website.
