This Day in History: Zdeno Chara Ovation

This 1970’s @ovationguitarsofficial 12-string guitar has an interesting story. It washed up on the Jersey shore during Hurricane Sandy in 2012, and was found by Greg’s grandmother, who picked it up off her back porch and gifted it to him. It’s still full of sand. We’ve used it on many recordings throughout the years, and always hope that the previous owner—whoever they may be—would be happy with where it ended up. #morningglory #hurricanesandy #hope #12string | Blue Water Highway
