I have learned SO SO much about the amount of staff i need in the bar and helping with catering orders. There was also so much training that happened which is what accounted for a lot of the payroll to begin with. That is so encouraging for me! Payroll is now averaging around 32%. The stairs are CLEAAAAANNNN. Or as clean as they are going to get. I spent 30 minutes cranking this stupid freaking power washer just for it to die in 2 minutes. I’m literally looking at it right now and I cursed it this morning as I walked in the studio. IT HATES ME!!! Anyways… now that the stairs are clean, we can get into the super fun part of painting!!!
