The SMC History department travelled to Dronten to observe the Dutch Liberation Day on 5 May, and to learn more about the history of the brave former pupil that connects us to this town. This is the first commemoration to have no surviving Air Gunners in attendance, with as many as 150 veterans participating in the 1970s and 80s.
