Why should you proactively clean your washing machine on a monthly basis? (Obviously, I recommend using Tide products for this) 1. Soap, detergent and other chemical residue can buildup within the machine, eventually leading to mechanical issues. 2. bacteria can get trapped inside the machine. Gross. 3. it won’t stink (that’s always a bonus in my book) 4. this preventative maintenance should prolong the life of your machineIf your washer is stinky, dirty and/or doesn’t seem to be working as well
