Welcome to the Farm Twiggy! Thankfully, we were able to have her in one of our foster homes through her stray hold. We have quietly been hoping and praying for the last 4 days that her owner did not come forward. Because sadly, if they did, the shelter would’ve let her go back to them. Twiggy didn’t get in this condition in a week or two being on the lamb. This was neglect from an early age. At a vet estimated 7-8 months old, she is already heartworm positive.
