I cooked these wild chanterelle mushrooms over a fire in July. Easily, one of the tastiest mushrooms and foods I've eaten.

Chanterelle cream recipe! 🍄 Follow for more great recipes! ⬇️ #julescooking #recipe RECIPE - 300 grams of big or damaged chantarelles - 2 shallots - 4 grams of salt - 200 grams of vegetable broth - 15 grams of sherry vinegar - 200 grams of cream - Xanthan gum First wash the chantarelles in salted lukewarm water. Then use a lettuce dryer to dry the chanterelles. Once you have dried them well transfer them on a tray that’s lined with a kitchen paper. After cut the shallots in half and clean them.
