I’ve had these Freeze Dried Veggies since 2022. They are PERFECTLY PERSEVERED. Freeze drying retains almost 80% of nutrients in the fresh food used! The taste and nutrient level is unlike any other method of food preservation. I like to eat them as crunchy snacks often but they are also amazing in soups, casseroles, dips…the list goes ON!🥦 what was once crunchy corn rehydrates on cold salads from the dressing back into juicy sweet corn kernels 🌽 😩😋 I want to offer some healthy alternatives o
