🦁Courage. I didn’t want to walk in the gym. I was very tearful at the start of this workout. Things have been tough since I left my abusive relationship of 15yrs. I moved twice & haven’t been comfortable since. Not being in my own space gets hard, even tho I’m grateful. I got my heart crushed again 6mo ago. Life looks different than what it was supposed to be.
